How to play a video on webpage using asp.net?

Hi sir,
I am working on a project. In it I have uploaded a video to the database and I am also able to retrieve and download it. I retrieve the video details into a gridview. I want a thumnail to show in the gridview and when I click on that thumbnail the video plays on my website.

Kindly guide me towards a solution.
