change values of dropdown list

hi!
i want to change values of drop down list dynamically.
i have 3 dropdownlist country,city and location.i want that whenever i select country.city values corresponding to country should be populated automatically without page refresh and when city is selected location value should be populated automatically depending on the corresponding city.
i have values of country city and location in respective tables of database.

Try AJax Cascading DropDown [^] from Ajax control tool kit. it might be helpful.
