Basically, I have an idea for an app and want to know if you can create an app that's embedded into windows and can't be uninstalled. And how would you go about doing it?

What I have tried:

Tried googling, couldn't find anything / don't know what to google.

"Can't be uninstalled." I've never heard those words used for a non-malware application. My answer would be "I sure hope not."

Like malware ?

Considering you can even uninstall Windows itself, no there isn't.

Think about what you're asking in the world where viruses and malware run rampant and then think of what would happen if those apps found a way to do what you want.

THAT is why there isn't a way to do what you want.

How about making it really hard to uninstall, how would you go about doing that?

By getting very creative. No, I'm not going to tell you because I use such methods and I'm not giving away any secrets.

You're going to have to understand Windows Security, stuff like what account you're going to run what apps under and what those accounts can and cannot do.

As far as uninstalling an app, ever hear of a password?

Do what you like it is easy to uninstall any application just by deleting the files and registry entries.
This tool probably comes closest to what you want:
