Converting speech to text using Google cloud

I am using google cloud platform to convert audio files into text files. While converting Wav audio file with Mono channel I am getting the error mentioned below:

400 Must use single channel (mono) audio, but WAV header indicates 1 channel.

I tried to solve it but not able to get the solution. Can anybody please help me to solve this.

What I have tried:

I have tried

Transcribing audio with multiple channels

from the google cloud to separate the channels but still, the same error occurring.

I tried to change the bit rate of Wav audio file.
I tried to change the sample rate of audio files.
The issue is not solved yet.

Sorry, but I do not know what else to suggest. The problem is very specific to Google's API so they would be the best people to help.
