Fails to launch the application when double click a hyperlink in a WPF?

Hello all,
I have a WPF application in which on a hyperlink, when I double click on it, i get an exception which reads like this,
'At least one SSDL artifact is required for creating StoreItemCollection.'
I think this is related to backend db.

Any suggestion please.! Thanks in Advance.
