Why won't work onenote on CodeProject?

I always using note applications instead of bookmarks in my private and professional life and just realized that the PC Chrome OneNote web clipper doesn't work on the CodeProject site.

Is there any reason why this add-on isn't allowed?

Update:
The Chrome version I use is: 74.0.3729.157 (Official Build) (64-bit) --the latest one.
OneNote Web Clipper version is 3.8.0.

What I have tried:

I've refreshed the site several times, restarted the browser and computer etc...
Update:
I've tried on my home PC also and the same issue popped up. All other site on which I've tried to use the clipper the clipping works as expected (the pop up window appears, I can choose what I want to crop and after I click on crop, the note appears immediately in my OneNote. On CodeProject I've tried on several pages with different articles and nothing happened. The whole pop up window is missing.

It's working for me. In the "What I have tried" bit of your question it would be valuable to add what you expected and what you actually saw.
