How do I create a msi wix setup for three projects in one solution in visual studio 2015

I have a solution consisting of three projects, both work hand in hand and i've always the install shield to create a single setup but i converted to WIX Toolset which i want to use now but failed.

What I have tried:

i tried it out on a solution with one project and i was successful but failed on this one of three projects

We have no idea what you tried, or what "failed" is supposed to mean. Please edit your question and provide some useful detail.

so one thing (number of Projects in solution) has nothing to do with the second (wix-Setup Projects). So what failed, and what led you to the conclusion it has something to do with number of Projects?
