How do I populate dropdownlist from array and apply intellisense for this values in javascript

My requirement:
I want crate a dropdown list (data source Array), and intellisense also need to implemented on this.

var ArrayMovies = ["GoT", "HarrayPotter", "Lord Of Rings", "God Father", "KGF", "Baby Driver", "IT", "Haunted House"];

What I have tried:

I need to implement with javascript only for .net web application.I am completely new to the Javascript, solution with better explanation is appreciated.
