I'm a little nobody that you guys sometimes help, and I sincerely appreciate it! I am using vs 2012 (vb2012 express) to write projects as a hobby (I'm not good enough for anything else). I've been working on another simple project where I used a Label and wanted to center the text within it. I KNOW how to do that, but when I did, I got this weird popup - something about opting in to configuration changes? What is this about? This has happened before, why do I keep getting this message just because I changed something in a property? Is Microsoft watching me? How do I get rid of this or keep it from happening again? If I decide to share my code (unlikely), it will only be with friends and family, and I don't plan to sell it or publish it. Thank you again in advance for your help.

What I have tried:

How do I show YOU all a .jpg of the screen shot?

At least share what the popup is.

First, you posted this as a SOLUTION to your own question, which it isn't. All you had to do was copy and paste the message into your original question. TO copy a dialog, you click anywhere in the dialog (except the buttons!) and hit Ctrl-C.

I'm not on here much and I'm still learning how to use this site. Thank you.
