Form background image blink when form load due to high resolution image

Hi.
I make a login screen in which i use high resolution image as a background of form and now it will create issue for me when my form is load the image will blink two times . its put bad impact on my project please any one help me how can i remove this problem.
its necessary to use image in the background of Form.
waiting your help

Define "high resolution image". What are the dimensions of the image compared to the form?

image dimensions is 1920*1200
How can i check the dimensions of Application Form

In the designer, click on the form title bar, then look in the Properties window for the Size or Height and Width properties.
