Exactly that is my question, get information from the PC to the server, and server to the PC.

For Your reference.. Following Scenario..
I am using a Serial Port for Interfacing a weight Machine to PC(Computer).
But weigh machine i attach with Pc Which is not a Server.

This is a question.. Can i use it?? ?? My page is open from anywhere and weight machine is attach with computer which is not a server,but my application is hosted in server.

(Windows 8 OS) but not working in Desktop that has (Windows xp OS).

I know what is a Problem but not solution.
The Problem is DataReceived in my application is unequal in Desktop (Windows xp)
Please help me for that.

finaly all hardwork and with your expertise its paid off. Now i am getting positive ack its all about checksum. Either i was wrongly interpret the checksum or doing addition of hexa that not worth.
Now i am doing bytes addition that what you told me before but i have not done it because what ever i am doing was according to the manual provided to me but any way i am getting positive ack.

my checksum is calcuated from o TO 03 that is in bold

above string i have to send after converting to hex
After 03 I have to put check sum that is CS1 and CS2
AND example of Check sum i already comment before how the checksum is calculated

As you mention in you early comment I have also calculate a checcksum that is send by machine itself its match.

I don't known what i am missing or doing wrong while sending data other than checksum its still gives a NAK.

ok got it.in a manual there is a sum of hexa from FN(Frame Number) to ETX(End of Text)
If my string is 02(STX)31(FN 1)Test(it is my Text)03(ETX)44(CS1)34(CS2)0D(CR)0A(LF)
Finally the striing is 0231546573740344340D0A in it Sum from 31 to 03 it becomes a 1D4 and my checksum will beccome last two digit of it 44 and 34 (i.e 44 for D 34 for 4)
This is how my checksum is calcuated. sorry i am not able to send manual due to company policy.

Where STX is Start of Text
FN Frame Number
Text Message that i want to send
ETX End Of text
CS1 Checksum 1
CS2 Checksum 2
CR Carriage return

After Converting a string in to bytes that i have to send but that already i have the function

Company Provide(cobas e 411) machine host interface manual.
What i want to send is ([STX] [FN] text [ETB] CS1 CS2 [CR] [LF])
CS1 is Checksum 1
CS2 Is checksum 2

i am very much sure because i spend 1:30 hours in that checksum
For your information i am sending a data to cobas e 411 machine it is a LIMS Equipment

right now i just go through with one software that is SimpleTerm Gold it accept the data in hexa value if i am able to do bidirectional communication then and only than i can go with my application so right now i can just go with hexa number if you want a screen shot of my communication with SimpleTerm Gold then comment your email address i will send a you a screen shot. by the way thanks for your prompt reply..

If you want more information about what i am sending or what i received then comment i will give you data or what ever you want..

I need to use ASTM Protocol as Communication Protocol and Half Duplex as Communication Method.SO What Port i should go with ?? is it Serial Port or any else?
