Reason behind using canvas is , i have already attached Imaging tools and sharing of the whiteboard among many users.

Yes there is but , may be i am completely wrong, error has nothing to do with it . Error msg displays Rollback Transaction do not has corresponding Begin transaction.

I don't know why you are facing this problem as i have checked the same markup and jquery on my machine it is working as it should. Only thing which was missing is end tag for first div except that every thing is good.
