Hi guys thanx for your reply i'm asking for a reference or where can i start :) i have some codes on Otsu method to convert the image to the graylevel but it just use .PGM image and i don't know how could i convert the .jpg or .png .bmp to .PGM to make it greylevel

Thank you for your reply,
I'm making a device that capture image of text paper then i will convert the text in that image to text that can be edited so i don't know how could i start or from where cuz i'm using hardware like ARM Cortex M4 so i can't compile C# codes in this MCU and that why i'm asking for codes in C language of the OCR Algorithms :) :)
