The Camera itself has these effects:
Mono
Negative
Sepia
Antique
Green
Blue
If you need those effects you need, then you have to go for an app
1. Camera effects, which is not free
2. Super Camera, free
and there are lot of other apps too. You can choose whatever you like

I suggest this two books are more than enough to refer and also dont keep on studying alone. Practice it, so that you will come to know the kind of errors and it makes you to understand much better.
cheers!!
