Thanks for your concern..
Sorry if i missed anything
but There are 20000 records in Excel which i can able to read from above code in my local machine where i do code.
But when i deploy same dlls on server it is not read all 20000 rows it just read 4000-5000 rows.
More or less it read all 20000 rows when i do save as that excel file "Excel 97-2003 Workbook".

Please let me know if you want more information for this..

Try which i earlier said
and ADD simple Masterpage.master then Check the source code of masterpage is Inherits="MainMasterPage"
and your source code display like
Inherits="HRM1.WebForm10"
try to change it okay may be then it's can working

Yes you are right but needs to develop like that<<<<After installation and onwards (till uninstallation), when the user opens a new tab in google chrome browser(using ‘+’ sign), it will open a new tab with a custom supplied address (the address will be static in nature and will be inside the software, say www.xyz.com) instead of opening a new tab with thumbnails>>

Needs to create communication between my software and chrom. ans then take the event of the New Tab Page .
