But sir,while creating .exe I'hv checked for all errors, on my PC it works fine but not on other systems.....
As you wrote about drivers so package wizard itself select drivers from list....we juz have to add our .exe to it

Here I'm using BtnAdd() for juz filling listview from textboxes (not saving them to database 1 by 1 but display in listview) n
BtnEdit/BtnSave() will look into listview n save the newest as a whole record...

Actually not just the last item but (group of record with same doc_no) multiple items(bcoz one doc_no contains many doc_subno line of items) added to the list already....... so btnsave_click sh'd check all the records and filter the existing n new one n save those new records....
so this'll not go for that.....

I mean(suppose this is listview....)

likewise.......

so here <101> is saved as whole record id(containing 3 lines of records)in access n while I'll take <101> it'll show all it's lines of records....
but I don't know how to code to get these results???

Moving that code after Report6.ReadRecords it's showing error as it was,even I'm unable to bind into sql......

SIR, but when there were 3 RptTextBoxes
I set their data field as FIRST_NAME,MIDDLE_NAME,LAST_NAME respectively but now I have only 1 RptTextBox so what sh'd I set it's data field value???

SQL not taking any date field input,rather in SQL window records get added by writing query

But it is not added through vb code.

i want to do two operations using a single button i.e save. by clicking in save button it will check for existing rollno or new one.if rollno already exist it will update that record otherwise create a new record.
i am having 121,122,123,124 rollnos already in my table.
for little changes it shows errors like: 1.sql command not properly ended
2.parent key not found
3.invalid database.table.column name
or just shows msgbox- record updated but not updating the record actually
what sh'd i do?????? please help
