may i save data using datagridview in sql server?

ok sandeep, so send me a simple listbox program to save in sql server.
but listbox should be of 5 lines(5 names)

listbox contains 5 items, but saves only one item ,which i select but i want to save all 5 items at a time .

foreach (ListItem item in ListBox1.Items)

in this line 'ListItem' have an error

there is no auto size property of combobox.
plz give another solution

i dont want to increase my combobox size.
and size of my string contains minimum 100 charecter so please give me another solution.

Its working opposite. I want to remove whitespace only of richtextbox but its removing white space of textboxes. thanx for this solution its 80% working

suppose if we left myTextBoxForLineTwo blank then it shows blank space in myRichTextBox.
how to remove this blank space from myRichTextBox.
