You can rename the existing table and recreate the same table at start of financial year. By doing this you can start invoice number from 1 but you cannot have last financial years data.

First of all let me tell you that the code you have posted is of Google Map V2 which google has blocked from Nov 2013 onwards. So try making your application using Google map v3. v2 wont work now.

When you insert date using getdate() it inserts date in yyyy-MM-dd format and the one you are using is different, it will consider that format as string and hence will throw runtime error. So try using yyyy-MM-dd format.
