I completely agree with that. I believe in order to be successful in this field, not get burned out, and overall create a better solution you have to have a passion for it.

I cant say I was looking for someone to just give me an answer explaining exactly how to do that because 1 no one wants to give up secrete. 2 it would be a post the size of a book and 3 I don't like just being given the answer because I don't retain that knowledge so if there ever were to be a issue I would not know how to fix it. I'm looking for advice on where to start and even what the correct terms are to search for. I would love to get some advice on some good books which describe similar situations. I work in the industry but currently have only had jobs at small outfits. I am currently going to school for computer science but they do not teach you how to do any of what I am trying to figure out. I would like to be prepared when I land a job with a bigger company. Thank you all for you help and discussions.
