Thanks for the solution .but still it doesnt work.. I am pretty sure that the problem is in my query the way i handle the Aggregate function.. As what i've read rule "he projected columns in the SELECT statement may not contain aggregate expressions unless the statement uses a GROUP BY expression. When a GROUP BY expression is provided, the select list may contain the aggregate functions COUNT_BIG() or SUM(). However, SUM() may not be specified for a nullable column. i think i violated the no. 5 statement in query notification..
I just don't know how to resolved it.. please help me..

I knew that i did not or i havent followed one of the rule in query notification in this link (http://dimarzionist.wordpress.com/2009/04/01/how-to-make-sql-server-notifications-work/).. please help me..

it seems that the solution is not right..
my problem is how to solve the error of visual cobol named
"NO SQL DIRECTIVES HAVE BEEN SET"
how to get rid on that error?
