Encrypted string don't have %2f. But it has %2s, %3q. I tried to replace these with "+" ,I am getting cryptograpic exception Length of the data to decrypt is invalid. I used your FixBase64Length method also.

Actually it is Url, so I am encrypting and storing in string variable,then assigning to Hyperlink address.

Yes,input is valid base 64 string. One thing is its working for all time,but few times only throwing format exception.

To change column order before grid bind, BulletVictim is right easy way is changing sql query select 'From '+Col1+'to '+Col2as newCol from table1.You can change disply order of columns after binding also.
gridview.Columns["Col1"].DisplayIndex = gridview.Columns["Col2"].DisplayIndex;

I am storing date as DateTime

I am converting format using tostring(), but format is changed to system format only
I have done like this
DataTable getTodayDate = dal.GetTodayDate("SP_GetTodayDate");
string date = getTodayDate.Rows[0][0].ToString();
DateTime TodayDate =Convert.ToDateTime(date);
DateTime ToDay=Convert.ToDateTime(TodayDate .ToString("G"));

But it is showing in system Format only.
