Some observations..
1. You are running the animation in the main thread only (UI will run only on main thread)
2. We can not use .set method for the main threads
3. We can only abort the main thread (that means application will terminate)
4. if You want to stop the animation and stay in the application you have to invoke the delegate / or send a message to the delegate to stop it
5. Because you are using an anonymous delegate unsubscribing it will be a problem

Let me summarize:

1. Repeater shows all contries and states
2. Dropdown shows country & state
