There isn't any restriction answering old questions, and this one hasn't been having an accepted answer. So why downvote, unless its not correct ?

You can create physical files like abc_1.aspx, abc_1.aspx.cs, etc but they will not be live pages which you can then consume within the application.
If you explain the business needs, some other way of solving that can be proposed...

you have to specify what you want to be dependent and what is the dependency. Based on the dependency's specific events, the dependent objects gets updated.
You need to separate both items distinctly else the use cases will get jumbled up

What you mean by sdk 8.0 ?
Since this is a .net exception, simply place try-catch on both client/server and catch FaultException and Exception both.
Being able to run both in VS2012 means your server side is fine. There seems some issue in client side configuration.
1. Post description of any fault Exception. If not able to, place breakpoints and identify where the error starts.
2. Post config for the client side

Does it means that after a given period, the code's context will be destroyed?

Try creating a sample page within the application and include the scripts entirely same with keeping the app specific code to a minimum.
In such scenarios, there are very small items which get missed causing a big confusion. And if you are in context of big application, then several factors come into the environment so its difficult to pinpoint.
Creating a new sample page should be the best way to pinpoint the root cause.
If you do this and still face the issue, you can post the sample page code out here so people can debug it more easily

This provides the basics for the serialization concept. Other formatters provide extra control over what or how to serialize. In case the existing formatters don't provide the required control, then create your own formatter
