It is not my program.
Do not have the source code.
.NET 4.5.2 is installed
Program was made in 2004 to work in XP
No idea what .NET the program requires.
Permissions and compatibility was tried b4 I posted here.
What version .NET would you recommend installing to see if that is the only problem?
