But the thing that I don't understand is "HOW WILL I\PROGRAM WILL KNOW THAT THE USER HAS STORED THE FILE??"

I have installed Visual Studio 2010 on my system and I believe that SQL Server comes within the same installation package.

So I tried installing the SQL Server Management Studio but it shows nothing.

[And Yes I know Management Studio is a just a tools.]
