Ok, I do not have an ability to test it on other computer. So if you had a same problem like me you would create small program just to test this problem out, but how else would you test it out?
Also I did add a download link for the program, you can test it out( I know , its insecure to download somebodies code from online, so its your call)
I will add the form1.design class so you can see all the += operators.

So what would I do about it?
And also my labels and text fields are placed kind of in random position on the form, is there any way to make it look better?

here I am trying to display "Total allowed to spend is" + whatever is the total of the trip.
Here's the problem
Create a GUI application that calculates and displays the total travel expenses of a business person on a trip. Here is the information that the user must provide:
• Number of days on the trip
• Amount of airfare, if any
•Amount of car rental fees, if any
• Number of miles driven, if a private vehicle was used
• Amount of parking fees, if any
• Amount of taxi charges, if any
• Conference or seminar registration fees, if any
• Lodging charges, per night
The company reimburses travel expenses according to the following policy:
• $37 per day for meals
• Parking fees, up to $10.00 per day
• Taxi charges up to $20.00 per day
• Lodging charges up to $95.00 per day
• If a private vehicle is used, $0.27 per mile driven

Oh makes sense, but I did figure out it was the problem.
So i just hard coded it, but now I get some error.
public static void main(String[] args)
{
double temp=20;
for(int index = 0; index < temp; index++)
{
celsius(index);
}
}
public static double celsius(double temperature)
{
double celsius;
celsius = ((0.5555555555555556) * ( temperature - 32));
System.out.println("Fahrenheit\t\tCelsius");
System.out.println("=====================");
System.out.printf("%d\t\t%.1f\n",temperature,celsius);
return celsius;
}
