i dont know about paypal or Ipn well..But again I am confused, in your code there is no information (your user name password payment information etc) what should suppose to return to your code anyway? I hope someone will solve this :(

even if you want to set value at Stored Procedure you need to add this line, I think..send with null value maybe?

insert into register(id,username,firstname,... thats your procedure's line..
while in code cm.Parameters.Add("firstname", SqlDbType.NVarChar, 50).Value=txt_fname.Text;
cm.Parameters.Add("lastname", ...
id generated automaticly i assume..but there is no username parameter at button submit click??

at least code goes to else if (strResponse == "INVALID") { line..that means an answer is coming from service..maybe you didnt provide a necessary info like password or something?

I am not sure, it can be a memory problem..After seen your post,I m curious about Big O notation of this algorithm..if its something like n2 or worse it can cause trouble with big numbers naturally

while you are writing Hello World ,you can split your word ( Hello and World you get) and between them you can use Ahmad's code..You shouldnt rely on code everytime,just try your algorithms

you can get digit count like in this link http://www.dotnetperls.com/integer-digit-count
or of course there must be some other ways..
when you get the digit count you can put your comma anywhere you want example : http://csharp.net-informations.com/string/csharp-string-insert.htm
and if you do all this work inside DataGridView.CellValueChanged Event (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.datagridview.cellvaluechanged.aspx) you can achieve , i suppose

I just tried this simple code
string date = "28/02/2013";
DateTime time = Convert.ToDateTime(date);
MessageBox.Show ( String.Format("{0:dd MM yyyy}", Convert.ToDateTime(date)));
you can compare the date string with appopriate format sytle with String.Format() maybe it helps
