I'd like to lay emphasis on the multiple times I said "this is for learning"... I'm trying to learn C/C++, therefor I want to soak up all the knowledge I can about it... I have collected numerous books about the languages, but I still have questions.

Definitely interesting! +5 stars.
I'll refrain from converting future functions to macros, however, out of curiosity, what should I avoid doing when converting a function to a macro? How much will I need to change the syntax? Can I still use loops?

Well, I've just grown more fond of PHP. Don't get me wrong, ASP.NET is a great language, and I used to love working with it... I would use it for this project, however once I get a working prototype, I am submitting everything I make to a client, and they won't run ASP.NET at all...

...read (and responded to) your comment. I will take a look at those links, however I doubt I will do anymore ASP.NET development anytime soon. Will mark as answer if the links help me. :)

I'm not a huge fan of ASP.NET. I used to spend a lot of time developing ASP.NET sites, but that was quite a few years back. Nowadays I prefer using languages such as PHP and JS.

...I wanted to do it without using an external resource. No YouTube, not livestream.com etc.
I don't care whether or not it is easy, I am pretty advanced in HTML/PHP. :)

What exactly are you trying to do with the code? Is it supposed to give the game any certain functionality? We need some more information (to be able to help you).

...might not want to post all of your code, not many people have time to sit and look through every piece of code that you have written to try and find the problem.

Yes, I will, but I was just wanting to know how to create a method that I could pass values through that would then return a certain value. I figured it out.

Thank you for the quick answer!
This did work and I cannot believe I didn't try that before. Now do you know a way that I could make a method/function that I could pass arguments through and then it would set a variable with whatever final value? Do you know what I mean?

Cool, I think that before I continue with my game project I am going to try to figure out 2D physics engines. I did look at jbox and I am really excited to get to work on my own engine. Thank you again.

Thank you very much. I am willing to learn the math behind a physics engine if that is what it takes. With me being a student, I want to learn as much as possible. Since computer science and Math are my favorite things to learn, I have always taken an interest in Physics but really had nothing to apply it to, so this is perfect! Thank you again, ~Gigabyte Giant

Are you trying to print the value of a variable called barcode? If not please better explain what you are trying to do.

Thank you, I will try that out. I may have figured out another way to do it as well.
