thanxs abhishek for sparing time for my issue. select time zone is a dropdown list .value function is not showing that is the problem. I searched in all forums they used value attribute but it is not getting loaded and not visible in attributes list.

Hello Chill! ya i'm loading the form tutor_login in main_form_load function as it is a chat app i need to load the timer every five seconds to get response from the sender to receiver....

While the form gets loaded it will show another form if the user sends any message. without loading timer it's not possible. And similarly the form will not be closed it will remain open showing the list of online users if any users pings it will display a chat window form.
