this the case:
1- i have one domain controller with network data storage (iomega ix4-300d)
2- i have 15 computers running widows 7 joined my domain
the problem is that i need to backup any user data in case if any employee delete an important file
so is there any useful scenario i can use

The Application read the old version of xml file

if i update the xml datafile the application read it as i didnt update it
i dont know why
if i delete the xml file also the app read it i dont know where from
