Oh my god! I putted break point on UploadImage() method and breakpoint is not hitted. After that I looked code carefully and the problem was 'CanvasSave.aspx/UploadImage()' I renamed my Default.aspx page to CanvasSave.aspx and I sovled. Thank you for your comment I got idea from it.

Ok! Now I have rid of the N' character and done some changes as you say:

and WHERE clause

after that execute the SP.

And then it displays error msg: "Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string."

I have tried what you have said above like this:
Stored dropDownList’s value in queryString and this value provided to the parameter ‘?grpName’ which is created in the rpt file using ReportDocument.setParameter(“?grpName”,dropDownListValue);
And then written code in the group selection editor as follow:
if({?grpGroup} = "Grade") then
GroupName() = GroupName ({Employees.Grade});
else
GroupName() = GroupName ({Employees.Department});
I know that the code is not correct but it can be useful to understand my problem
