I am not concerned if any one copies my code, any one who can find it useful be my guest but that's not the case here, I just wanted some useful Suggestions on how it could be improved? or Is it a good system at all?

In fact i don't admire my code at all, My coding skills are fairly simple however am eager to learn and improve myself.

Yes the question is clear, How is that for an authentication system? Does it suck? Can it be improved? I am not dumping code for any one to admire, I am nothing but a humble learner nor i would ever be a bragger, sorry if you felt that way.
