Dear karthy,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes i want to migrate from test to production, i thought that i really have a version issues but when i checked the SP versions they both the same, when i checked the SQL there was a difference between them but i did the upgrade to the MS-SQL it self and the DB Server OS too and now they are both identical, but with no luck .. :(
still have the same issue.Any ideas ?!?!

Dear karthy,
Thank you for your answer , but i did try this before and it didn't work either .
To be more specific to my case :- I want the share point 2010 to read the AD group users from the Domain Controller directly and get them access without adding users from the same group to the share point group that i have created before.
I have more than 15000 users in my community and i don't want to import them or add them all over again !!!.
I hope you got the idea ?!!

have you ever heard about denial of service .. i think this is the problem some one is trying to attack the website by sending more than 5000 requests per 1 min, so the site will become down .. it seems that he ran some service to do this on our DNS.
