Whoever rated this question 1 star doesn't seem to understand I explained my situation the best I could.

I don't have any quicktime headers. I downloaded quicktime and the activex control DLL's that came with it are all I have. I would really appreciate it if you aren't willing to help to at least not act sarcastic like I'm stupid or something.

where is the documentation located? I've been looking all around for that for literally a month.

I want ClientToWindow to resize the window so that the client area is 640x480. However it seems to not be doing that. The IE window created is 640x480 including the border, which isn't what I want. It does that whether I use ClientToWindow or not. It's as if the method is broken or something, but I'm not sure if that's it, or I'm just not doing something right.

Hi! I tried adding:
using namespace QTOLibrary;
As you suggested, and still have most of the same errors. See my updated question for more details. Thanks for the help! :) (I also deleted the original *.tlh file). I'm not sure how to specify a relative path in this case, because the path to the ActiveX DLL's are not in the root or a subfolder of the import directory.
Am I missing some sort of QuickTime SDK or necessary headers I should get from Apple?

Thank you! I had a feeling that was all it was I needed. Now that I have that confirmed I'll update the build. Thanks for everything!

The DLL is being called by a closed source commercial game engine (GameMaker:Studio) thank you for verifying. It appears to be a problem with the game engine I use, not my personal code's fault. I wouldn't have found this out anytime soon if it wasn't for your assistance. Thank you! :D

I did that because it doesn't fit on one line. CodeProjects code tag is retarded that way.
WS_VISIBLE|WS_SYSMENU|WS_BORDER|WS_CAPTION|WS_SIZEBOX|WS_MINIMIZEBOX|WS_MAXIMIZEBOX|WS_CLIPCHILDREN

I'm just asking for a simple favor. If you don't intend to help or demand money I had no reason to read your comment.

//Does this require a specific way to write my OCX plugin? I tried that and it didn't work.
//Here's all I have in my code, apart from what is automatically generated by the ActiveX OCX project templet:

//I added the methods with the class wizard. Is there anything else I need to add to access these methods from IE?

For the strangest reason, I feel that I've already tried that. I'll give it another go once I get home.

because one jar is better than having a ton of html, images, css, and js. Plus I made a html game, so this will make it less likely for someone to steal my work. I'm aware that java is decompilable, but I'm also sure more people are aware of how to manipulate a html file than decompiling a java applet.

It appears to register successfully, and yes on an admin acount, but whenever I try to get it in a webpage I just see a small red 'X' instead of my control. I used the <object></object> tag with the correct Class id and codebase.

Worked great! Thanks! However it works in an MFC App, it does not when I use it in IE as an ActiveX, which is what I was shooting for.
