Thanks to share you thoughts well I have solved this question

I aspx page we make on function ok, because none grid can be shown without connection with database so we take RowNumber ok and set it one in codes the it will start from one row and dynamically we can generate rows

Well virtual grid is that which is not connected with database, statically you can generate rows and fill data in the field shown in gridview and then save it in database

I m not satisfied the id's of drodpown in Gridview itemtemplated for this I need to find control SelectedIndex changed won't help me to fill the values of dropdown but my question was how to call the id of Module in Project so this cannot be done in Selected Index changed

but the format is coming wrong it is coming in MM/dd/yyyy instead of dd/MM/yyyy
