ya by choosing the Internet Template.i just wanna to customize the reg. form (Fields) for user.actually i want to use that template for my project with the features of authentication etc...

And Then If U Want To Bind Your Item With Drop Down List You Can use

and If U want To View Item Code and Item Name in DDl then just Cahnge Your SQL Command To

select JobCode,ItemCode,Item+'-'+ItemCode as Item1 from tblItem

But if Your Item Code Would Be Not Unique Then You Will face Lot Of Problem And Bad Method In terms Of DataBase Technique .

if U want All that field would be Mandatory then Just Use Javascript validation Or Other Validation Methods.then Save Ur Data In This Case U have To enter correct Value For All Fields and U can use TryParse or Convert or Parse it will not thorow error .
