In first row you see Other_Phone is null and
In 2nd row you see Other_Mobile is null

I want to merge two rows into one row where
Other_Mobile which is not null in row 1
Other_Phone which is not null in row 2

result like this

Phone Mobile Office Other_Phone Other Mobile
