In the solution for https://www.hackerrank.com/challenges/stars , slopes on lines are compared to arrive at the solution. Just not getting why slopes are compared for getting a separating line.

i suggest u to try once again creating app_code folder and copying files in it or running a repair of visual studio..sometimes it may be technical error and we waste time in finding solutions... best of luck

check the spellling of app_code folder.... i tried changing i got same error as u got...
rename ur appcode folder as "App_Code" .. i guess u r facing the same issue...u have mentioned it as APP_Code .. check the case of the folder name..

Everything seems fine.. so instead looking for a solution try repair of visual studio... sometimes it may be technical error and we waste time in finding solutions...
