Thanks for reply. but, still unable to resolve the same.
1. i have restarted the Pc many times.
2. Problem occurs when debugging/run websites(webpages). projects with solution file(i.e. WebAppplication) are running well.
3. unable to locate WebDev.WebServer while encountering issue.
4. I have verified installations from tool available at http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/10/13/8999004.aspx
