it just run for first start of site. And so i have to use Session_Start. But when it should be post more than 10 mail, when Session_End call. It be end and dont be continue.

Thanks for your answer. I know what is windows service. I can make it from "New Project -> C# Windows -> Windows Service" and after install, it come in "control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services". But i was reading a post that say; "For use windows services, you need a 'dedicated host', so you cant use normal web hosting." is it true? I find Telerik scheduler component. Is it ok dor my issue?
