Thank you GanesanSenthilvel for providing the solution... created a user login "IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool" and mapped the application database to this user.. this worked fne and I can access the database accessing part from IIS.

Thanks for your help.Eventhough the binding is BasicHttpBinding,I got the same error. Let me give detail outlook of my scenario.
Im developing a SL Web app.I created a Wcf service application where the wcf methods interact with DB.I used Svcutil.exe to create a client and output.config file which I included in Silverlight project.Now I call the method GetName() of the CustomerService (tool generated wcf client)and now I got InvalidOperationException giving detail "Could not find default endpoint element that reference Contract ICustomerService... ".I have tried various approaches and modified config files but could not find any solution...

Hello,
The links worked good and able to see my Default page.But when accessing database,it is showing error as "Cannot open database "eclass13" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'U340D-A00\ASPNET'."... eclass13 is my database name...

Hi Sandeep, Your solution is very nice.But the problem here would be that the user may completely loose his browsing history(of other sites atleast),but I want to make the user go to SessionExpire Page if he clicks back button after he do logout.From there we can provide a link to Login again..How can we do this..?
