yes Mr.E.F. Nijboer i put my connection string in app.config, but the problem is : after i published my projects, i don't know the database file path to put it in my connection string

the address 127.0.0.1 display connection refused
i turn off the antivirus and firewall
and the message is also displayed
i go to posted link and the website said you must be root and i'm not

the problem is : my hall applications is written in c# and the algorithm is written in java , and as you know java do't run with c#
