Thanks for your answer. I mean open-source means freeware. By the way, I'm exploring KDM tool and will check your answer as solution if KDM consists auto generate scripts for DDL operations.

Tnx for the reply, I changed client locale to en_US.UTF8 in the system DSN(controlpanel-->AdministrativeTools-->Data Sources(odbc)). But it is not being reflected here : select * from sysmaster:informix.sysdbslocale
Kindly let me know how to change client locale value.

Ya, table column data type is NVARCHAR2
FRST_NAME NVARCHAR2(150)
I am using Oracle through Toad tool, these are the following NSL character variables of my client version
NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE AMERICAN
NLS_CHARACTERSET AL32UTF8
NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET AL16UTF16
Issue is still open , please suggest a solution.
