thanks .. i have seen the function.. but it is not what i asked about.
it is only formating a currecny number.
what i asked about is to format a number by passing it and another parameter (decimal places) count

I want to say, to run .Net Applications Accessing MS Access database using "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" provider on a 64bit OS like Windows 2008R2 64 bit. you need to compile the application on 32 bit by changing target cpu to x86. in Visual Studio 2005/2010. Because there is no 64 bit version of "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0".
otherwise, you will get this error "The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine"
note: this is a Tip. Not an Article!. that why it is tiny as you said.
