when i want to get the date as 03,05 etc it gives me 3,5 & ignores the zero.I want the date like 03,04,05 etc.

Is there any solution to get the month date in this format with the leading zero for a month or date.

PLEASE TELL ME AFTER WHICH LINE I HAVE TO SPECIFY THE ABOVE CODE LINE & WHAT URL I HAVE TO SPECIFY MEANS URL WITHOUT "HTTP://" WHICH I HAVE SPECIFIED IN MY QUESTION OR URL WITH "HTTP://"?
