Yes, I have read both above link. None of it contains solution for above question.

Please read question carefully, "It can be done by creating Constraint, but is it possible to set Cascade on without drop or recreating foreign key constraint in SQL Server 2008."

I don't want to drop constraint.
Constraints are already there in database, but now i need to Update only "Update Rule" need to set "Cascade"

Solution 2 and 3 has been deleted as Table and TR is automatically added.
