And you will understand short code if you would be a developer or user of WordPress. In WordPress some plugins like contact form plugins comes with short-codes. you just design your form layout of contact form in plugin area and assign a short-code or keyword to it... and then use that short-code or keyword with some formatting like [[short-code=form1]] to the place where you want to show the form in admin site of CMS. and same form get reflects on front end site automatically. I want to achieve that automation

I apologize if it sounds rude but i never meant that. My English is not good may be that's the issue... Nobody teach me ever that upper case meaning is shouting or being rude. Similar kind of response i get around 7-8 years back from a group moderator in Orkut community. But there must be some way to upgrade same utility in Windows 8/8.1 or previous. In any case even if you want test IoT Core you need to shift on Windows 10. Even before its stable version is not release yet. Microsoft provides way to install Other advance tools belongs to Visual studio 2015 in previous versions. Just because of this very tiny utility one have to shift on Windows 10. There is no way to do so in a virtual machine. Its more a problem then a solution.

That is already considered. My question revolves around availability of same utility in Windows 8.1 or previous. For windows 10 its already there.

I have successfully deployed Windows 10 on Raspberry Pi but i have to have Windows 10 installed on my physical machine. but i really wants to know what stops Windows 8.1 technically to do the so. I noticed Microsoft have habit to restrict people forcefully on so called "minimum requirements". They told minimum requirements for Windows Vista is 1GB RAM and restrict installation process. But once you cross the check point while installation you can change lower RAM later. My search is continue and i appreciate if you can share some info or hack to bypass this (if you know) otherwise i am okey to search alone :)

the requirement of application do not permitting me to use system root (i.e. "C:\") as path. I have changed the permissions of required directories / child directories and required file[s] and provided full access to current user account as well as everyone. UAC is also disabled. I also want to point out that i have asked user to re-install windows. he has done this two times even then its happening on same system.

I tried to create directory and file manually even then application responds with similar exception error log

secondly i tried to create file manually even then code responds with similar exception on one particular system only.

I guess this precaution i have already used in createLogFile() function

I have source code and i can do change but on development machine and some other testing machine its working fine. its becoming hard to track where the problem is.

Hello Sergey i don't just want editable area that can be done very simply. what i want is to know how multicolored text markup or technically "SYNTAX HIGHLIGHTING" can be achieve. i know many plugins for doing this but want to know what's behind the code that make this happen. i have updated subject as well as clear my intention in body of question along with two example code. both codes are same but one is with colored highlights and another is simple text.

hay sergey that's what everybody know. I mean its true nothing is best after all everything has its own prows and cons and yes development meant same whether its on-line or offline but the thing is I don't want to stuck in between due to performance issues of product just because I have choose some platform and something else may be batter on that particular condition. I know every problem has its own solution. If it develop as my idea its my first development of this kind, I am curious about it and I just want to consult with experience peoples. I mean nothing bad in consulting or getting knowledge from experience peoples... and that's why I raise my question here.

the consulting may result in a good analysed list that may include easiest API that they have used. or may be some problems that they face during development time and how they resolve it.

well surgey here in India people use opensource technology too much without knowing anything about it. and I want to do it on opensource trend. and even I have little knowledge of open source development. I just know the names like GIT, google code projects. I think you can guide me. as on this quest I really have no idea where to start. can I have this favour from you brother?

Sergey I understand what you want to tell me. well for experience I am doing programming from last 8 years and have experience a lot in programming techniques... language didn't matters me a lot its just utility the language provide cause a lil interruption between me and final product. I have already implemented and deployed many of my software and websites on 12 different programming languages. even I have 5 year experience in developing firmware applications start from assembly to C# and JAVA.

What I don't know is current trended cloud based services e.g. SAAS. and yes I am also improving my skills in HTML5 unlimited abilities over internet.

What I want to know curiously how above provided utilities work on internet. I mean how these compilers are working online over a web browser. I know its a matter of fact and thinking and I may also can choose my native environment. but before starting I want to know which environment will be best for such development on the bases of experience of peoples who already have experienced such development.

and sergey I apologise you for my previous behaviour. that was a developer's frustration on deadline :). hope you understand it.

well if it is so then i cannot correct it as it is default method used by vlc (not created by me). is there any way to correct it?

i have apply return in order to exit from current module directly after performing play or pause so that it will not call same module again. and i did this later on when face such problem. previously statement was without return; showing same behaviour

I know my words looks aggressive here but there is some point in it...

I have tried same code on two places for toggling purpose using a flag to toggle play/pause and for mute/un-mute and three more places just for some events increase volume, decrease volume, exit player... everywhere code works fine instead of places where it is used for toggling purpose. so event handlers are added properly is working fine that's why event is fired up. it is tested in debugging mode with breakpoints. yes method (not event) is called two time which is unwanted and that's why I raise my question here... logically there is no mistake in this.no such second calling is detected in call stack and that's why it is happening undauntedly.

No its true i didn't change anything in code and it just working fine now.

that doesn't matter as ValidatePassword working correctly and its returned string is shown on lblValidation. only change in text color of lblValidation and showing/hiding of lblPasswordInstructions is not working correctly which are coded in txtPassword_KeyUp event only. and thanks for correction of that word.

Thanks for your reply Sergey. i don't know what happened previously but now its working fine. i think its about visual studio malfunctioning. just one restart of project make this working correctly.

i have wrote main application in visual studio using C#. other applications running in parallel are external applications executed by main application.

application safely termination method is written behind close button only and thus it safely shutdown when button is pressed but when form disappear or close unexpectedly then that safely termination method is not called and thus everything remains malfunctioning.

both above mentioned string work for me but only when database is present in Sql Server default location and created by that only. but if they will then how can i deploy database with click install ready setup??? i have no problem to connect database with standard string when created with SQL server manager...

so if i want to run it on user's computer i need to install sql express and restore my database there and then everything will be fine but that's the track i want to deploy an application setup with database so that at user end he/she don't need to restore database... he/she just need to install click>ok setup and everything should work...

also you have passed "filepath" on your connectionString but isn't it should be "dbFilePath"???

Koleraba I have tried your code but it says

"Keyword not supported: '.\sqlexpress; attachdbfilename'."

I also have doubt in your code that you have write "Database=Players" while our database file is "PokerPlayers.mdf" so does this mismatch works???

i understand that it may not malfunction but ultimately it cause confusion and loss of valuable time... secondly its possible as i already have experience in some software...

and i have to worry about that... and validation just took a few seconds after selecting file it gives message box within a second that's what i experience and looking for...

and yes... when you try to convert one form of video to another form it has to read codec and convert it into another... if codec signatures are not there then it may also malfunction...

It may happen that u don't have idea to do that but i know it can be done without the loss any performance.

I am trying to import a video file and then apply some video processing on it... the process is too long [when processing happening] and also cover its path after many checks on checkboxes [which tell how to process]...

if it's a dump file with same extension then there is no way to stop it from processing if i didn't apply such validation... ultimately it may cause some bugs or error or malfunctioning of software. also it may happen that processing goes smoothly like encryption [as encryption didn't depend on file type] and so at the end of the day confuse user and consume valuable time.

and yes i have seen such validation in some software but don't remember its name to represent it as an example here...

i have read lot of blogs and code master sites like codeproject and stackoverflow. people discussed there about .dll file of ffmpeg. if there exist some dll then functionality can be imported within program as dlls are application extensions. i even have found dlls but don't know how to import them... tried many methods instructed on coding websites found on internet... non worked for me... finally i decided to ask question here in this thread. and got answer to use it as is directly in exe form via command line. it worked for me now...
