Hi,,
Check the code
string[] strarray = strvalue.Split('/');
instead of this u need to use
string[] strarray = strvalue.Split(',');
because you want to split with comma right?
If anything further required, Let us know.

Hi,
A trigger is a special kind of a store procedure that executes in response to certain action on the table like insert/delete/update. Once u create a trigger it will trigger automatically once the DML (Insert/Delete/Update) execute. Check the below link.

You Can do like that,
Create PROCEDURE MasterInsertUpdateDelete
(
@id INTEGER,
@first_name VARCHAR(10),
@last_name VARCHAR(10),
@salary DECIMAL(10,2),
@city VARCHAR(20),
@StatementType nvarchar(20) = ''
)
AS
BEGIN
BEGIN TRAN
IF @StatementType = 'Insert'
BEGIN
insert into employee (id,first_name,last_name,salary,city) values( @id, @first_name, @last_name, @salary, @city)
END
IF @StatementType = 'Select'
BEGIN
select * from employee
END
IF @StatementType = 'Update'
BEGIN
UPDATE employee SET
First_name = @first_name, last_name = @last_name, salary = @salary,
city = @city
WHERE id = @id
END
else IF @StatementType = 'Delete'
BEGIN
DELETE FROM employee WHERE id = @id
END
IF @@ERROR <> 0
ROLLBACK TRAN
ELSE COMMIT TRAN
END

First u need to create a rdlc report file using that datasource. Then u need to assign the dataset to the reort document. then load the report in the reportviewer.
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/13592/Binding-DataSet-and-Generic-rdlc-Reports-to-a-Repo
Check this link this will give u a idea to load the dataset into rdlc report.
