This is merely another example of microsoft trying to 'save' us from ourselves. Turning this off is not what creates a vulnerability. Improperly handling the data you receive is what creates vulnerabilities. The 'feature' that this article fixes only serves to frustrate and annoy.

Instead of saving bad programmers from their mistakes, how about we improve them?
