No, I didn't get any reply from you yesterday. The manufacturer is hitachi who doesn't sell the device. Device working well. I suspect sdk if am wrong. I contacted the sdk seller and they say sdk is supposed to work fine.

The scanner works perfectly well. It does finger vein enrolment perfectly but when it comes to comparison or identification it gives the -1 error result. Do you think the error is from my application or sdk? The M2SYS sdk does most of the matching work that's why I don't have access to the sdk codes to check error spot. Where could this error actually emanat from?
